Northern English regions drive house price growth: UK property prices rose by 13.2% in the year to the end of June, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said – the fastest rise for 17 years. Strutt & Parker Forecasts 10% Uk Price Growth For 2021: BNP Paribas owned Property consultancy Strutt & Parker launches its quarterly house price forecast, doubling its previous quarter prediction of 5% best-case scenario growth in 2021 for the UK to 10%, with a downside risk of 5% growth.
